This Refund & Return Policy explains the rules and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through Al Eitimad House Electronics & Electrical via our online store.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns with exchange only. Cash refunds are not available. Eligible items may be exchanged subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Return Period

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

– The product must be unused and in original condition.
– The product must be returned in its original packaging.
– All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
– Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

We reserve the right to inspect the item before approving any return or exchange.

Eligible Products

Only unused and unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return or exchange.

Non - Returnable Items

Installed Products

Once a product is installed, no return or exchange will be accepted under any circumstances.

Refund Method & Time

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, and we are not responsible for external banking delays.

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

Damaged Or Defective Products

  • In case of damaged or defective products:

    • A complaint must be registered

    • Our team will arrange inspection within a reasonable time.

    • Photo or video proof may be required

Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos may be required as proof. We may arrange inspection before approving replacement or refund.

Warranty Policy

All products are covered under manufacturer warranty only, and warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions.

Online Vs Offline Orders

This policy applies only to online purchases. Offline store purchases may follow different rules.

Location Limitation

Return services are available across the UAE. For locations outside Ras Al Khaimah, courier services will be used.
